Every artwork is custom made for you. As a result, all orders are final as soon as they are placed. In the event an artwork arrives damaged, please notify us immediately via email within 48 hours with documented visible images of the artwork and the box it arrived in. We will assess the situation and work towards finding a satisfactory resolution.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Reporting Damaged or Defective Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged or with any defects, please notify us immediately. You must submit photographic evidence of the damage or defect to cspiroshoto@gmail.com.com within 48 hours of receiving your artwork. The photographs should clearly show the issue with the artwork, including any damage to the packaging.

Please note we are not responsible for any artwork that has been unboxed and hung on your wall prior to consulting us with a defective issue.

Review and Resolution Process

Upon receiving your photographic evidence, we will inspect and review the provided proof of damage or defect. If it is determined that the artwork arrived damaged or with a defect, we will work with you to either repair or replace the piece at no additional cost.

Please note that all decisions regarding the repair or replacement of the artwork will be made based on our evaluation of the submitted evidence.

Non-Resolvable Issues

Any issues reported outside of 30 days from the documented delivery date will not qualify for assistance. We encourage you to inspect your artwork carefully upon receipt and to report any issues within this timeframe to ensure a prompt resolution.

Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read our store policy carefully before making a purchase.

Canceling Orders / Disputing Charges

All artwork is custom made As such, all orders are final from the moment they are placed and may not be canceled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances. Any attempt to steal an artwork, file a false chargeback, or engage in any form of fraudulent activity constitutes a serious breach of contract and copyright infringement. We take fraud seriously and will pursue legal action against any individual involved in such activities. Depending on the nature, edition status, and market value of the artwork, violators may be may be subject to civil damages up to the maximum amount allowable under Florida law, including but not limited to $25,000 per artwork, which amount reflects the potential combined harm from loss of limited edition value, copyright infringement, legal fees, production costs, and other consequential damages. By placing an order, you explicitly agree to these terms and acknowledge that any fraudulent actions, unauthorized returns, or violations of these policies may result in legal consequences to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law.

Lost, Stolen or Missing Artworks

We expressly disclaim any responsibility for theft or loss of artworks that have been successfully delivered to the shipping address, as evidenced by valid proof of delivery. Upon delivery confirmation, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. We strongly advise customers to ensure the security of the delivered artworks at the designated shipping address.

Furthermore, we shall not be held responsible for replacing artworks that are reported as missing, stolen or not located, unless such reports are made within a strict 48-hour window from the documented delivery date. Any claims of non-receipt or missing artworks must be promptly communicated to us within this specified timeframe. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of any claims for replacement or reimbursement.

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect and secure the delivered artworks promptly. We recommend reviewing the delivered items within the 48-hour timeframe to address any concerns or discrepancies. After this period, we assume no responsibility for replacing or reimbursing artworks reported as missing or not located. If your delivery address has issues with stolen or missing artworks we recommend putting "Signature Required" in the notes of your artwork order at checkout.
